Manuel Vogt

Manuel Vogt serves as the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager at Gstaad Palace since July 2019, overseeing a team of five in the purchasing and cost control department while managing the hotel's entire F&B offerings and supplier evaluations. Responsibilities include budget preparation, financial statement review, accounts receivable and payable control, and event organization, along with managing multiple back-of-house departments. Previously, Manuel held positions at Suvretta House as Assistant F&B Controlling and Purchasing, at GHM The Chedi Andermatt as F&B Supervisor, and at Hotel Garni an der Reuss as Deputy Managing Director, alongside roles in various other hospitality settings. Manuel holds an Eidgenössisch diplomierter Restaurateur / Hôtelier HF degree from Hotelfachschule Zürich.
