German then worked at Lowe and Partners Worldwide as an Account Director and later promoted as an Account Director. During their time at Lowe and Partners Worldwide, they successfully won pitches for clients and managed accounts for several well-known brands. In 2003, they joined TBWA as an Account Manager, where they managed the McDonald's account and successfully led the repositioning campaign. German Fritzsch then joined Havas Worldwide as a General Manager, where they held various positions including General Manager for EURO RSCG DF and General Manager for ARNOLDFUEL. As the General Manager, they were responsible for achieving long-term goals, developing new business, and managing growth for the company. During their time at LASAL, they provided marketing and communication support to various brands.
