Paolo Cardella

Paolo Cardella is a Senior Appian Consultant at Groundswell, where responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and advising junior engineers through design reviews. With previous roles at Groundswell as an Appian Consultant and Associate Appian Consultant, Paolo has extensive experience in developing and implementing BPM solutions and managing complex projects. Additionally, Paolo serves as a Regional Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation and co-founded Sport FANnies LLC, which focuses on enhancing the fan experience through product innovation. Previous experience also includes work with the Hume Center for National Security and Technology and Best Buy, alongside a strong educational background in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech and Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College.
