Rajiv Nelvoy

Rajiv Nelvoy is an experienced professional in consulting and business analysis with a focus on technology and marketing. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Groundswell since April 2017, Rajiv has held various roles including Senior Consultant and Associate Consultant. Previously, Rajiv worked as a Business Analyst at Tech-Screener, coordinating with offshore teams to develop recruitment software and gathering business requirements from recruiters. Earlier experience includes a position as International Marketing Specialist at DeVry University, where Rajiv contributed to a marketing strategy that successfully increased the retention rate of international students. Rajiv holds a Master’s Degree in Network and Communications Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical Engineering from Sathyabama University.
