Sandeep Pradhan

Sandeep Pradhan is a seasoned data expert with extensive experience in the healthcare domain, currently serving as a Sr. Data Architect / Staff Principal at Groundswell since March 2019. Sandeep played a pivotal role in the CMS Medicaid and CHIP Program data system (MACPro), focusing on data automation and migration. Prior to Groundswell, Sandeep served as a Senior IT Database Consultant at UnitedHealth Group and as a Software Engineering Specialist at CNSI, contributing to various Medicaid systems and initiatives. Additional experience includes a role as Database Manager / Lead Software Engineer at Visiant, Oracle Developer at Motorola, and Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra. Sandeep holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, both from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
