Sonia Passacquale

Sonia Passacquale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sonia started their career at Blackwell Management as an Assistant Manager, overseeing residential and commercial construction projects. Sonia then worked at Amanah Tech Inc. as an Account Manager before moving on to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they combined their skills in UI/UX design and sales to develop a dealer-to-dealer vehicle appraisal and auctioning system. After that, they joined BMW Group Canada as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, specializing in new and pre-owned vehicles and financial services. Sonia later transitioned to Mercedes-Benz Canada, where they continued in a similar role as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, implementing various operational departments. Currently, Sonia is working at GT Global Services as the Director of Sales Operations, where they leverage their expertise in IT and telecom solutions to propose and deliver services to North American SMEs and enterprises. Additionally, they consult on MIS solutions, assessing and auditing IT infrastructures to optimize organizational performance and achieve operational excellence.

Sonia Passacquale is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Global Business Management & Finance at the Ted Rogers School of Management - Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they attended Trent University where they focused on psychology and statistics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Ontario Motive Industry Council from Georgian College. Sonia has also acquired various other certifications, including Power of Excel: Business Fundamentals Badge 2.0 and Power of Excel: Acct. & Finance Lvl 3 from Ted Rogers Bootcamps, IT/Web Security Training from ESET North America, Datto Training from Datto, Inc., SD-WAN Training from Adaptiv Networks, and RingCentral Sales Training from RingCentral. Sonia also holds certifications in CPR and First Aid from the Canadian Red Cross and a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) from Microsoft. Furthermore, Sonia has received the Top 10% FFB Engaged recognition from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
