Kate Taylor

Kate Taylor serves as the Director of Finance & Controller at GT Metabolic Solutions since March 2024, where responsibilities include establishing finance and accounting disciplines, aligning policies with US GAAP/SOX/PCAOB standards, and supporting preparations for an eventual IPO. Previously, from February 2023 to February 2024, Taylor worked as Division Controller at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, enhancing financial reporting and risk management across the organization. From January 2020 to February 2023, Taylor held the position of Financial Controller at LISI MEDICAL, overseeing finance, accounting, and IT teams to drive strategic financial planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Consultant and fractional CFO from January 2015 to January 2019 and managing the Minneapolis Accounting Service Center for RTI International Metals from January 2013 to January 2015. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Cardinal Stritch University and completed Executive Education at the University of St. Thomas.
