David Campbell is an experienced public policy professional with a strong background in energy and research. Currently serving as Principal at GT since May 2025, Campbell previously held positions as Associate Vice President of Policy and Research at the Toronto Region Board of Trade and Policy Lead for Energy at the Public Policy Forum.
