Zachary Hickman has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and machining industry. Zachary started their career at DMG MORI in 2012, where they worked in sales, service, and applications for six years. In 2018, they joined Mitchell & Scott Machine Company, Inc. as an engineering manager, where they stayed until 2020. From 2019 to 2022, Zachary was a regional manager at Gosiger Inc, responsible for regional sales in the defense, aerospace, medical, and commercial sectors. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at GTC Machining starting from March 2022.

Zachary Hickman holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Zachary also earned two Bachelor's degrees from the same institution, one in Electrical Engineering and the other in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they have an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Production Operations from Ivy Tech Community College.
