KJ McConnell

KJ joined GTCR as a Vice President in 2014 and is currently a Managing Director at the firm. Previously, he worked as an Associate at TPG Capital, a global private equity firm based in San Francisco, and as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions group at Goldman Sachs in New York. KJ holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BS in finance with highest honors from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

KJ is currently a Director of Cisive, Paya, RevSpring, and Ultimus Fund Solutions and works closely with CAPTRUST. KJ was previously a Director of GTCR investments Convergex and Dash Financial Technology. In addition, he played an instrumental role in GTCR’s past investments in The Townsend Group and Premium Credit Limited.
