Chad Burney has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Chad worked at GTE Financial as the Executive Vice President & COO starting in December 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Infrastructure at COCC from 2001 to 2010.
Chad Burney's education history starts in 1990 when they attended Mohawk Valley Community College and earned an AAS degree in Business. Chad then transferred to Syracuse University where they pursued a BA in Business Administration from 1992 to 1994. Afterwards, they enrolled at SUNY Polytechnic Institute and obtained an MS degree in Management Science from 1994 to 1996. In 2001, Chad studied at SUNY Polytechnic Institute again and completed an MBA in Technology Management in 2002. Continuing their education later, they attended The Wharton School in 2016, Cornell University in 2017, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2018. In these instances, Chad earned Certified Chief Executive Officer degrees, although the field of study for these programs is not specified.
