Manuel Aguilar has a extensive work experience in the banking industry. Manuel has held various leadership roles in different companies. Most recently, they worked at GTE Financial as the SVP of Commercial & Advisory Services, where they were responsible for the planning, direction, and execution of commercial and credit union service organization initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Member Business Services at GTE Financial. Manuel has also worked at CenterState Bank, National Bank of Commerce (NASDAQ: NCOM), Regions Bank, The Bank of Tampa, SouthTrust Bank, Barnett Bank, and Espirito Santo Bank in various leadership and banking roles. Manuel has a strong track record of success in market activities, client acquisition, talent acquisition, and culture development.
Manuel Aguilar's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Florida, which they obtained between 1985 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Florida, completing it between 1991 and 1993.
