Emily Swain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational operations. Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder of GTEC, Swain is dedicated to connecting talented individuals with leading companies, leveraging expertise in consulting, talent acquisition services, and managed services. Previously, Swain held several key positions, including Sr. Manager of TEC Operations at the Wireless Infrastructure Association, where responsibilities included managing contractual commitments and industry outreach. Swain's background also features roles as Development Associate at the Center for Law and Social Policy, Policy Analyst at George Mason University, and various internships focused on policy research and fundraising. Swain holds a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from James Madison University.
