Beyza Gürses

Beyza Gürses has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Beyza is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at GTech, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at KOMTAş Bilgi Yönetimi from March 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they were an HR Specialist at Pernet Bordrolama ve Mevzuat Uzmanınız from November 2018 to March 2021. In 2018, they also worked as an Administrative Affairs Specialist at Alp Enerji from January to July. Beyza began their career as an HR Assistant at iDA Bilgi Yazılım ve Dan. Ltd. Şti. in September 2013, where they worked until September 2014.

Beyza Gürses pursued their undergraduate education in the field of Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri (Labor Economics and Industrial Relations) at Kocaeli University from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are enrolled at Istanbul University for a degree in İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi (Human Resources Management), which they are expected to complete in 2024.
