Duygu Özer

Duygu Özer has extensive work experience in project management. Duygu is currently employed as a Project Manager at GTech, where they are responsible for managing projects related to data warehousing, business intelligence, big data, advanced analytics, and financial services. Their main tasks include ensuring the tracking of project scope, time, cost, and quality requirements, as well as coordinating the delivery of approved project management services with the Business Unit Directors.

Prior to their current role, Duygu worked as a Project Manager at Digital Planet TR from October 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they served as a Project Manager at İdea Teknoloji Çözümleri from January 2017 to September 2021.

Duygu also has experience in account management. Duygu worked as a Senior Account Manager at Turkcell from October 2012 to November 2015, and as a Sales Account Manager at Turkcell Global Bilgi from November 2007 to October 2012. Duygu started their career at Siemens as a Sales Account Manager from July 2005 to November 2007.

Duygu Özer completed their undergraduate education at Istanbul University from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Public Relations and Advertising at the Faculty of Communication. Duygu also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they completed the Sales Call Center program at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Ltd., Thailand. In 2007, they received certification in Stress Management and Voice Hygiene from Telephone Doctor Turkey. In 2008, they completed the Corporate Sales Development Program at Turkcell Global Bilgi. In 2009, they obtained certifications in Internal Motivation and Effective Relationship Management from Nar Education and Consulting Center. In 2010, they completed the Portfolio Management New Approach Guidance program from Şensezgin Kurmuş Consulting. In 2018, they obtained the Agile and Scrum certification from Projera. Finally, in 2019, they became a certified Project Management Professional from Bahçeşehir University.
