Filiz TÜRKAN

Filiz Türkan has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in recruitment and business partnering. Filiz currently works at GTech as an IT Recruitment Team Leader, where they are responsible for building and managing the IT recruitment team and organizing overall research, selection, and placement activities. Prior to this role, Filiz worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and a Human Resources Business Partner at GTech.

Before joining GTech, Filiz worked at SoftwareONE Turkey as a Human Resources Specialist, where they wrote job descriptions, screened applicants, and conducted interviews. Filiz also held positions as a Junior Human Resources Specialist and a Human Resources Intern at SoftwareONE.

Filiz started their career as an Intern at SGS.

Filiz TÜRKAN completed their Bachelor's degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Marmara University, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or not. In addition to their education, they also obtained certifications such as "İK Profesyonelleri için IT İşe Alım Yetkinlikleri" from Talent Root in October 2019 and "ISO 9001 Certificate" from TÜV NORD Türkiye in May 2018.
