David C. Pahl has extensive experience in the real estate industry. David C. started their career as the Director of Acquisitions at TMW Real Estate Group in 1991 and held that position until 2002. David C. then moved on to Prudential Real Estate Investors / Pramerica Real Estate Investors, where they served as Managing Director from 2003 to 2014. Currently, they are the Managing Director at GTIS Partners, a position they have held since 2015.
David C. Pahl completed their MSIM degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1986. David C. later pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance at Georgia State University, completing it from 1990 to 1991.
