Saikat Chatterjee has a diverse range of work experience in sales and management roles. Saikat started their career in 1999 as a Sales Executive at Eureka Forbes Ltd, where they marketed water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, and air purifiers in Kolkata. Saikat then moved on to work as an Area Sales Executive at Consumer Sales, where they managed a portfolio of 700 accounts and successfully grew the customer base. Saikat also worked as a Territory Sales Incharge at Pidilite Industries, managing a large portfolio of distributors and accounts, and played a key role in launching the RURBAN project. Saikat continued their sales career at Karamchand Appliances Pvt. Ltd., where they managed distributors and accounts, significantly increasing the customer base. Saikat later joined Coats India as a Territory Sales Incharge, where they managed distributors and accounts, and successfully upsold add-on products to existing customers. Saikat went on to work at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd as a City Manager, followed by their current role as a Manager in Sales at GTL Infrastructure, where they manage a portfolio of accounts generating significant revenue.
Saikat Chatterjee began their education at De Nobili School, where they completed their ISCE in Commerce from 1980 to 1994. Saikat then attended S.A.Jaipuria College in Kolkata from 1994 to 1997, earning a B.Com(H) degree in Commerce. Following this, Saikat pursued further education at the Institute of Business Management & Research from 1996 to 1999, where they completed their PGDBA with a specialization in Marketing.
