Shruti Vade

Shruti Vade started their work experience in 2004 as an RF engineer at Bharti Airtel Limited, where they focused on network planning and optimization for Bharti Airtel Mumbai network. In 2006, they joined Vedang Radio Technology Pvt Ltd as a Solutions Engineer. Shruti then moved on to Nokia Siemens Networks in 2004 as an RF Engineer. In 2008, they joined GTL Infrastructure as a Presale - RF & Infrastructure role, where they were responsible for forecasting demands of customers and developing strategies for India network with the help of the operation team. Shruti also handled budgeting and quotes for customers. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at GTL Limited as an RF Presale - Corporate Planning Team member. Finally, they worked at GTL Infrastructure from 2010 as a National Account Manager - Etisalat, where they managed end-to-end account management for Etisalat, including generating business, pipeline business, executing projects, and generating revenue.

Shruti Vade completed their high school education at DG Ruparel in 2000, with a focus on Science. Shruti then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecom at St. Francis Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, Shruti obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management.

In 2010, they enrolled in the Executive Programme in Management at IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, specializing in Marketing. Shruti successfully completed the program and received a certification in Executive Program Management - Marketing from IIT Bombay in June 2010.
