Rick Adkins is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the defense and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as a Senior RF/System Engineer at GTMR, Inc. since August 2020, Rick previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at the Marine Corps Deputy Commandant of Information - Intelligence Division until July 2020, where responsibilities included leading technology initiatives for the Marine Corps Information Surveillance and Reconnaissance Enterprise. Rick's career also encompasses roles such as Lead Engineer at Headquarters Marine Corps Intelligence - Technology Innovation Division and Lead System/Electrical Engineer at NSWCDD, among others. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
