Zack Simmons has extensive experience in technical support and IT roles, demonstrating a strong background in managing information technology services. Currently serving as a Field Service Specialist at GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting since June 2021, previous positions include Technical Support Consultant at Bearing Cybersecurity & Consulting and T2 Support Engineer at NCC DATA.
