Chih-Wei Tsai has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture / Core Engineering at Paylocity, where they incorporated AI innovation into product suites and optimized system scalability and resiliency. Chih-Wei also worked as a Principal Consultant / Senior Architect at CSC, overseeing architecture, development, and QA teams, and collaborating with senior executives on project sponsorships. Chih-Wei has experience as a Solution Architect at Tsainet Technology, Inc., delivering IT consulting services and software solutions, and as a Senior Product Lead Developer at InstallShield Software Corporation, where they handled web site development and integration. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Technical Lead at T-Wack Software Group/CSC, creating technical specifications and implementing software solutions, and as an IT Manager at Forplax Corporation, supervising the corporate IT department and implementing systems using PowerBuilder.

Chih-Wei Tsai holds a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from DePaul University. They also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, with a double major in Math and Physics and a minor in Computer Science.
