Jillian MacAu

Jillian Macau has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jillian currently holds the position of Vice President, Customer Success at GTreasury since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at FARO Technologies as a Senior Director, Global Inside Sales from April 2020 to November 2023 and as the Global Director, Client Service from July 2017 to April 2020. Before that, they served as VP and General Manager - Public Administration Mid Market Group at FIS from October 2014 to April 2017. Starting their career, they worked at SunGard Public Sector where they held various roles including Vice President, Customer Support from January 2010 to October 2014 and Director of Customer Support from January 2005 to October 2010. Jillian also worked as a Development Manager from October 2003 to October 2005. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Project Management at Paradigm Technology Solutions from January 2001 to October 2003. Their earliest work experience was as the Director of Web Development at Cytura from July 1999 to January 2001.

Jillian Macau has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Wright State University, which they earned between 1992 and 1997. Jillian also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they completed a Foreign Study program specializing in European Economic Community at Università degli Studi di Torino in 1997.
