Rick Schweiger

Rick Schweiger has extensive work experience in technical operations and global operations. Rick is currently working as the Vice President of Technical Operations at GTreasury, where they are responsible for delivering major IT, platform, and security initiatives globally. In this role, Rick manages a team of 30 staff across different regions and provides risk management. Prior to this, they worked at Teletrac Navman, where they held various positions including Director of Global Operations, Senior Manager of Global Operations, and Manager of Global Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering SaaS platforms globally, ensuring platform availability, performance, and security, and managing teams across different regions. Before joining Teletrac Navman, Rick worked as a Database and Systems Administrator at Blick Art Materials and PetSmart, where they were responsible for database administration.

Rick Schweiger earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology and Innovation from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 2003 to 2005. Rick also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Management from the University of South Florida, which they pursued from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Rick has completed "Core: Credential of Readiness" from Harvard Business School Online in 2015. Rick has further certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in May and April 2022 respectively, as well as being a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate obtained from Microsoft in October 2022.
