Rick Voss

Rick Voss is a seasoned professional in the civil engineering field with extensive experience, currently serving as a Partner at GTS Consultants, Inc. since February 2002. Voss previously held the position of Project Manager at PB Americas from 1993 to 2002, where numerous professional relationships were cultivated. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at The RBA Group from 1984 to 1993, Project Engineer at Travers Associates from 1978 to 1983, and Survey Party Chief at Sailer & Sailer in 1977-1978. Voss earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where studies were conducted from 1979 to 1982, having also attended the institution from 1969 to 1978.
