Francisco R. Pacheco

Francisco R. Pacheco is a Research & Development Manager at GT's Living Foods. They lead new product development and existing product improvement projects, including ingredients sourcing and evaluation, recipe development, and tasting events. Francisco has expertise in running line trials and working with plant personnel, Operations, and QA during the commercialization process. They have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Prior to their current role, Francisco has held various positions in production and IT/tech support at M&S Servicios.
