Damian Blackburn

Damian Blackburn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at GTT and President of International Operations at ATN International since May 2021, Damian leads various operations across multiple regions, including Guyana and the Caribbean. Previously, Damian held the position of Chief Aliv Officer at ALIV Bahamas, overseeing the launch of the country's second mobile network. A strategic advisor and angel investor at Strident Ventures Limited, Damian has also served in key roles at Digicel Group, where responsibilities included leading major market entries and operational strategies across multiple countries. Early career experience includes finance and commercial development roles at Orange/Vodafone, Digicel USA, BT, Virgin Mobile, and Arthur Andersen. Damian holds a BA Hons in Economics from Durham University.
