Elon Alonzo

Elon Alonzo is a seasoned Project Manager currently with GTT since December 2022 and the Founder and Program Manager at Sunbeam Career Development since March 2021, focusing on strategic initiatives and career development programs. Previously, Elon served as a Planning and Project Officer at the Institute of Applied Science and Technology, where efforts concentrated on socio-economic development projects for Indigenous communities in Guyana. Experience also includes roles as an Export Development Specialist at Langston Roach Industries, where business development strategies increased purchases significantly, and as a Product Specialist at Massy Group of Companies, recognized for managing supplier expectations and distributing multiple brands. Early career included a part-time role as Collections Coordinator at Grupo Unicomer and a short internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Elon holds a Master’s in Public Sector Management and a Bachelor's in International Relations, complemented by a certificate in NGO Professional Management.
