James Hale

James Hale has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. James started their career at ISLCOM in 1997 as a Sales Engineer, Customer Support, and Install Tech. In 1999, they joined Covad Communications as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they supported the top 10 wholesale accounts and collaborated with product and network teams to create and support product solutions. James also managed the National Dispatch Team for the Provisioning/Repair Departments. Hale moved on to Global Capacity in the same year, where they held roles including Senior Sales Engineer and Director of Sales Engineering.
