Monica Herzog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and program management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Organizational Change Management and Program Management at GTT since August 2017. At GTT, Monica successfully built and led a skilled team of business analysts, achieving significant promotion rates within the team. Previous roles at GTT included Director of Corporate Development, where Monica managed acquisition projects across various divisions, and Pre-Sales Support, where training efforts spanned Europe and the US.
