Nikita Ghorpade

Nikita Ghorpade is a Senior Network Analyst at GTT since August 2021, responsible for coordinating major incident resolutions while ensuring compliance with business operations and service level agreements (SLAs). Prior to this role, Nikita served as a Network Engineer at Netify Info Solution from November 2019 to June 2021, focusing on troubleshooting issues within SLAs and facilitating meetings with internal and vendor teams. Nikita also worked at Tata Communications from September 2018 to November 2019, managing the complete incident lifecycle to ensure high service delivery standards. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from MIT Academy of Engineering, Alandi, Pune, completed in 2018.
