Susan Hoffland

Susan Hoffland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Enablement at GTT since April 2024, Hoffland previously held multiple senior roles at Lumen Technologies, including Vice President of Customer Success PMO and Enablement & Activation, where responsibilities focused on the transformation and enablement of the Customer Success organization. With a strong background in client services and proactive account management from positions at XO Communications and Global Crossing, Hoffland has demonstrated expertise in developing strategies for customer retention and revenue growth. Hoffland began a career in management as a Personal Assistant at Hoffland Management and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from San Diego State University.
