Svetlana Petkova

Svetlana Petkova is an accomplished professional in the field of service assurance and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Service Assurance Process & Systems at GTT since June 2018. Prior to this role, Svetlana held several key positions at Interoute, including Senior Operations Manager and Manager of the Customer Contact Center, from June 2013 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of the Contact Center at Internet Marketing Ltd. and Team Leader of the Customer Contact Center at Mobiltel. Svetlana’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Operational Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Technical University Sofia, complemented by a high school diploma in Mathematics and Informatics from Baba Tonka School of Mathematics.
