Tony Goodall

Tony Goodall has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tony started their career at Fujitsu Services as a Network Support Shift Leader, where they ensured proper escalation and call-out procedures and managed team members' access and accounts. Tony then worked as a 3rd Line Network Support & Implementations Engineer, handling network support and implementations.

After their time at Fujitsu Services, Goodall joined NYSE Euronext as a Network Analyst. In this role, they supported, managed, and maintained a multi-vendor and multi-protocol network infrastructure. Tony also took ownership of technical problems and implemented and tested network changes. Goodall played a crucial role in troubleshooting global network issues and was the second-in-command to the European Network Operations Manager.

Currently, Goodall is working at GTT in various senior leadership positions. Tony began as a Manager in Global Operations, where they managed a team, improved MTTR on priority trouble tickets, and implemented reporting mechanisms. Goodall then served as a Senior Manager in Client Engineering, collaborating with product and architecture teams to identify automation opportunities and handle network service provisioning.

In their subsequent role as Director of Order Assurance & Service Design, Goodall focused on ensuring technical order quality and worked closely with the global sales organization to prepare orders. In their most recent position as Senior Director of Order Assurance & Design Engineering, they oversaw the productivity and strategic vision of GTT's Order Assurance & Design Engineering teams, with a special emphasis on deploying the Managed Network & Security product portfolio.

Throughout their career, Goodall has gained experience working with various vendors, including Juniper, Cisco, VMWare, Aruba, Fortinet, HP, Extreme, Accedian, and Palo Alto. Their strong expertise in network operations, service delivery, and product management has contributed to their success in the telecommunications industry.
