The best way to think of GTX Finance is as a bridge to a CFO for Series A-ish companies. We provide the same essential functions of a CFO & finance team but on a part-time, as-needed basis, allowing you to get the outputs that you need to run your business successfully without taking on the overhead of an expensive full-time C-suite exec that you may not need yet. Once your company grows to the point at which a full time CFO or FP&A department makes sense, we can help you interview, onboard the new hire(s), and then ride off into the sunset.
