Chris Kubic has a strong background in information security and has held several leadership roles throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Euna Solutions (formerly GTY Technology) starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Information Security Officer at Fidelis Cybersecurity from 2019 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for leading and directing security and compliance activities, providing guidance to product development teams, and overseeing enterprise security efforts.
Before their time at Fidelis Cybersecurity, Chris held various roles at the National Security Agency (NSA) from 1986 to 2018. Notably, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer, where they developed and executed the NSA's security strategy and architecture. Chris also led efforts in areas such as secure enterprise initiatives, compliance activities, and supply chain risk management. Chris has extensive experience in cloud security, having served as a Senior Security Architect for NSA's cloud infrastructure and leading efforts in developing the intelligence community's information assurance architecture.
Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated leadership and expertise in ensuring the security and protection of critical systems and data.
Chris Kubic attended Virginia Tech from 1982 to 1986 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
