Adeline Fox

Adeline Fox currently serves as the Executive Manager of Communications & Outreach at the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority since September 2023. Prior to this role, Adeline Fox spent over six years at the Texas Water Conservation Association, initially as the Director of Communications, Outreach, & Membership and then as the Director of Operations & Membership. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager at WaterPR, Education & Outreach Coordinator at High Plains Underground Water Conservation District No. 1, and Education & Public Relations Coordinator at the Southern Ogallala Conservation & Outreach Program. Earlier in the career, Adeline Fox held internship positions, including with the Texas Corn Producers Board and Congressman K. Michael Conaway. Education credentials include a Master of Public Service and Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University, along with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University.
