Ryan Stangel, PE, PMP, currently serves as a Project Engineer II at the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority since March 2025. Earlier internships at Apache in 2011 and 2012 provided foundational knowledge in oil field operations and reservoir engineering. Ryan holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2013.
