Ben Williams

Ben Williams, M.Ed., currently serves as a High School English Teacher and Department Chair at Guadalupe Centers Charter Schools, fostering a data-driven approach to English language arts education for a diverse student body. In addition to this role, Ben is an English Second Language Instructor at Johnson County Community College and an Adjunct Professor at Bryant & Stratton College, specializing in online courses for adult learners. Previously, Ben held leadership positions such as Headmaster and Upper School Principal at Open Door Christian Schools, where comprehensive academic programming was developed to support various student goals. With extensive experience as a Dean of Administration and Program Director at other educational institutions, Ben brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, faculty training, and instructional leadership.
