Michelle Scarbrough has an extensive background in management and customer service, currently serving as the Executive Manager at GVEC since September 2012. In various roles at GVEC, including Key Accounts & Project Planning Manager and Office Manager, Michelle has successfully managed the Gonzales Customer Service Team, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of service benchmarks. Participation in a leadership development program provided valuable experience across multiple key business areas. Additionally, Michelle has held positions including Executive Assistant to the COO and Member Services Representative, where contributions included process improvements and training development. Prior experience as a Starbucks Barista/Shift Lead at Aramark honed skills in staff supervision and operational management. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Community and Public Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
