The Water Resources segment is engaged in water distribution and sewage treatment in Mainland China. The Property Investment and Development segment is engaged in property investment in Hong Kong and Mainland China, property development in Mainland China, as well as the provision of property management services for commercial properties. The Electric Power Generation segment is engaged in the operation of coal-fired power plants supplying electricity and steam.
