Victor Xu

Victor Xu is an experienced project management professional, currently serving as Project Director at R&F Properties since January 2019. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Senior Project Manager at Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd. from February 2017 to December 2018. Victor's career began at Halcrow as a Project Engineer before progressing to Project Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff from January 2010 to March 2017. Victor holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Columbia University, which was completed in 2008.
