Corey Meyer

Corey Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Corey started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Control Tower Supervisor from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they worked as an Office Manager at GatewayHouseView from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Inside Wireman at Guarantee Electrical Company, and then moved to Pyramid Electrical Contractors, Inc. where they held the same role until 2010. Corey joined J.F. Electric, Incorporated in 2010 as an Inside Wireman before transitioning to O'Fallon Electric Company as an Inside Wireman from 2011 to 2012. Corey then joined Guarantee Electrical Company again in 2012 and served as a Project Superintendent until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Aschinger Electric Company as a Project Manager. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Guarantee Electrical Company starting from 2022.

Corey Meyer obtained an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Industrial Electricity from Southwestern Illinois College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Corey then pursued an Inside Wireman Apprenticeship at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 309, starting in 2007 and completing in 2012. Corey also obtained additional certifications including the IBEW Inside Wireman Craft Certification from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in May 2013, as well as OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Certifications from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA.
