Steve Flach has an extensive background in the real estate industry, serving as Sales Manager at Guarantee Real Estate since November 2019. Prior to this, Steve held roles including Broker Associate at Keller Williams and Broker/Owner at Flach Properties, which was established to assist clients in buying and selling real estate in the Central Valley. Experience also includes working as a Realtor and Broker Associate at Realty Executives Summit, where valuable knowledge was gained regarding REO properties. Earlier career highlights include bartending and management positions at TGI Fridays and Club Habanos, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and Sociology from California State University, Fresno.
