Adam Shoger

Adam Shoger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and innovation, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy & Innovation at Guaranteed Rate since July 2015. Prior to this role, Adam held several senior positions at Guaranteed Rate, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Vice President of Product Strategy. Adam also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at International Payment Systems, Inc., where engagement spanned from January 2007 to July 2017. Adam began a career at North American Bancard, working as Marketing Director and in other marketing roles. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Statistics, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
