Darin Hurd

Darin Hurd is an experienced executive in information security and technology management with a robust background in the financial services and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Information Security Officer at Guaranteed Rate since July 2018, Darin previously held the role of Interim Chief Information Security Officer at Safelite AutoGlass for a brief period in 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Information Technology at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where responsibilities encompassed information security and IT governance. Darin's earlier career spans several technical and leadership roles at BTE Consulting, Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, and other organizations, coupled with an academic background featuring an MBA from Northwestern University and a CISO Executive Education Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.
