Jon Pack currently serves as the Vice President Mortgage Lending and Reverse Specialist at Rate, specializing in efficient mortgage solutions with a focus on quick closing times. Prior experience includes roles as a Consumer Direct Loan Originator at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, where the emphasis was on customer care, and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at American Advisors Group, assisting seniors with reverse mortgage options. Prior to these positions, Jon worked in financial advisory roles at Morgan Stanley, focusing on relationship building with diverse professionals, and held sales and analytical positions at Lexus of Manhattan, Macy's, and JP Morgan Chase. Jon holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Morehouse College.
