Kathryn Youngs is a seasoned mortgage lending professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate since April 2021, Kathryn has developed a deep expertise in mortgage solutions. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from July 2010 to April 2021, and roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Academy Mortgage and GMAC Mortgage. Kathryn earned a degree from East Carolina University and graduated from Smithfield Selma Senior High School before embarking on a successful career in mortgage lending.
