Makayla Buckman

Makayla Buckman is an experienced marketing and events professional with a robust background in training, customer engagement, and sales management. Currently serving as the Marketing Training Manager at Rate since April 2022, Makayla leads the development of marketing training initiatives focused on CRM and platform adoption. Prior roles include Customer Engagement Specialist at Total Expert, where six training solutions were created to boost platform adoption and a successful educational webinar series was developed, and Account Manager at BI WORLDWIDE, managing key accounts for Fortune 500 companies. As an event planner and business owner at Meadowlark Events, Makayla balanced business operations and marketing, while previous positions in event sales further demonstrated their sales acumen.
