Natalie Davis

Natalie Davis serves as the Vice President of Employee Experience and Culture at Guaranteed Rate, where responsibilities include leading employee engagement and DEIB strategies for a prominent mortgage firm and developing a leadership framework for the company's Employee Resource Group program. Prior to this, Natalie held roles as Director of Team Engagement and Program Manager for Culture & Wellness at Guaranteed Rate, managing significant budgets and scaling culture operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Wellness Program Manager and Program Coordinator at Higi, where Natalie executed wellness incentive programs and coordinated ad campaigns for health kiosks. Natalie began their career with internships at EngagementHealth LLC, UI Wellness, and Mercy Corporate Wellness, and co-founded Backyard Buddies Children's Day Camp while maintaining a strong focus on health promotion throughout academic endeavors at the University of Iowa.
